Home base. AC, furnace, heat pump and boiler service from the shop on Mount Rd, around the clock.
Ohio Valley Heating & Air is based in Mount Orab, at 4666 Mount Rd. Lester Arnett owns and runs the business, so when you call (513) 383-9515 you talk to the person who will diagnose and fix your system.
We service every make and model of residential heating and cooling: air conditioners, gas, oil and electric furnaces, heat pumps, boilers and thermostats. Emergency calls are taken 24/7.
Mount Orab mixes newer subdivisions near the State Route 32 corridor with older houses and farm properties outside the village. Out in the country, natural gas lines do not reach every road, so many homes heat with propane, oil or electric heat pumps. We work on all of those, and on the older equipment that some contractors will not touch.
Southwest Ohio summers are hot and humid, and winters bring hard cold snaps. A system that limps through mild weather often fails on the first really hot or really cold day. Seasonal tune ups, coil cleaning and furnace cleaning catch the small problems first, like a weak capacitor or a dirty flame sensor.
When something breaks, we diagnose the actual fault before talking about replacement. If a part fixes it, that is what we recommend. New installs get a free written estimate before any work begins.
Being local also means the person who looks at your system is the one who answers for it afterward. If a fix did not fix it, we come back. Repairs come with a flat price diagnosis, so you know the cost of finding the problem before the work starts. For Mount Orab homeowners, that is one number to call for every season, (513) 383-9515, and one truck in the driveway from the diagnosis through the repair.
